Artisan, Tammi Short doodles on any paper within her reach and has as long as she can remember. Combine her artistic leanings with her love of shining, sparkling things and you will see how the creation of glass beads is the perfect medium for her to express herself.

Tammi relates, "I love to be able to create intricate designs by layering colors of glass on top of one another. By heating part of the bead in a torch and manipulating the glass with a tool, I can bring to life the design I've imagined."

Working with glass is clearly a joyful experience for Tammi and it is reflected in every bead and piece of jewelry or stunning sun-catcher she makes.
